Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team via email to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specify if you require a refund or an exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the magazine or textile product is protected from transit damage.
Ship the Item
Affix the return address label to your parcel and send it via a tracked postal service; please retain your proof of postage until the return is processed.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
